A Year in Blogging

We accomplished a lot of blogging in 2014! This post is the 190th of the year after starting the blog on WordPress.com Dec. 12, 2013.

To help visualize the themes of all those posts, check out the word cloud below and this almost-even-cool-er explanation of how it was made by data visualist Jason Davies.

Earlier this month, I moved IDeaS from the Sandbox from WordPress.com to this self-hosted site. In 2015, I’m looking forward to expanding its content to include more instructional-design-focused content and (I hope!) more contributions written by faculty members.

If you’re affiliated with MCC and would like to contribute, please let me know at acgarrison@mccneb.edu.

Thanks to all who have read, commented and shared this year. Here’s to an awesome, blog-filled 2015!
